Behind the scenes, speakers and production teams finalize rehearsals to ensure a seamless and elevated main-stage experience.
The evening brings everyone together for a Welcome Social, followed by an intimate VIP Dinner honoring top leaders and promotion winners in a private setting with Founders and Executives.
FRIDAY — GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT & RECOGNITION
Friday is dedicated to leadership development, mindset expansion, communication, and practical growth strategies.
